damages of goods and their loss , and the
way of getting the compensation from
insurance companies in the event of brwach
to the shipping @ Unloading Agreement . |
1- In the event of exporting goods from
foreign countries to a Gulf country , and
the loss of these goods , or being damaged
on arrival or lacking specifications or
lacking quality or were lost in high seas
aboard the chip , or because of the plan
crach , or the exporting companys breach to
the terms and condition of the contract of

Unloading .

1- I represent Manal import company from 1995 till
1997 – in ghaza Strip for importing wood of all
kinds from Germany , Russia , and Israel and
receiving it from land and sea ports in Israel and
transporting it to ghaza strip .
2- I represented Palestine Company for Investment
and World Tread in ghaza upon importing foodstuffs ,
and building materials in addition to follow up
precedent of shipping in Egypt and unloading at the
crossing point in Rafah , Palestine ( 1996 _ 1997 )
.
3- I represent the Palestine Company for flour
mills in ghaza Strip ( AL Garara Area ) in importing
wheat and corn from America , Spain and Austuralia
in my capacity as legel advisor of the company wish
whish I had established and obtained the necessary
Licenses according to the Palestinian @ Israel Laws
in 1995 , 1996 @ 1997 .
4- I represent AL Tawfiq Company for Furniture
in the filed of importing splendid bedrooms suites
from Italy , from the beginning of shipping till
arrival at the port in Israel and getting to ghaza
Strip in 1997 _ 1998 .
